Interview
The first round of interview is with the head of the department, followed by the director on the week after. There is no technical test nor whiteboard presentation. The director is the one deciding to hire.

They first shared with you an overview of their business the organization, and then about the role, the daily work (no WFH), the performance appraisal, and the success factors. Then they would like to learn about your work experience and background stated in your resume, and checked the relevance to the role.
