Initial Call with HR which was standard questions.
The second interview was with the Hiring Manager, going over my resume and describing the job.
The third interview was with 2 members of the team. One member was late. This interview seemed harder than interviewing with their boss. These guys seemed to care about skills, where the manager seemed more about fit. The hiring manager made it known that didn't need exact skills and whoever I would work with would teach on the job. These guys wanted exact info throughout my whole resume, didn't seem like they ever conducted an interview before. Seemed like dodged a bullet here as the way it was described by the boss wasn't the way the members of the team saw it.
