I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Health Coalition
Interview
Interview was 2 on 1. It went pretty smoothly. Although I got an offer, I turned it down because the CEO was yelling profanity into the phone before my interview. I refuse to work in a place that says they are a professional workplace, but actually aren't. I believe the negative reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed and Google reviews are correct based off that observation and the overall vibe from the interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no difficult questions. They simply wanted to get to know my personality and tell me about their company and scope of work.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Health Coalition (Miami, FL)
Interview
Very nice telephone interview, followed by an interview/computer assessments. It took a bit long but not too bad. Then, you go back and meet Management, they run background. It was pretty smooth.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Health Coalition in Jan 2013
Interview
There's one interview. If they like you, they ask you to take online test. Ok, one is a personality test - I get it. The other is like a mini-SAT. Really? What's the point in doing algebra and knowing the definition of words. The words aren't even related to this business. That should have been a red flag there.
