over the phone and very transparent process. applied online and was called by a recruiter and then followed up with two over the phone interviews. short time passed and I was invited to an onsite interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Health IQ (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Incredible. I spent time with various employees in different departments and got to see what a day as an employee would look like. I got to meet with the Vice President, Sales Managers, Agents, the CEO and the recruiting team. Everyone seemed to really like working there. Free lunch was great. The daily meeting was inspirational. And taking time of for a 30 minute work out was something i've never experienced in an interview before.

Interview
Two phone interviews and one 5 hour in person interview, where I had to present my skills and achievements. Everyone was friendly and welcoming except for the CEO, who was rude and judgmental. I knew within 5 minutes that I could never work for him. They offered me a job and I turned it down.
