My interview process with HCML was a largely positive and insightful experience.
The initial telephone interview was a great start, efficiently handled and very welcoming, setting a positive tone for the subsequent stages. Following this, the team call with Heather was particularly enjoyable. Heather was fantastic, making the interview a truly lovely and engaging discussion. The case study was also a strong point; it was straightforward and provided clear, valuable insights into the role, making it an informative part of the process.
The cultural team call, while pleasant, could have offered a deeper dive into HCML's company culture and the specifics of the role. Nevertheless, overall, I came away with a very favourable impression of HCML.
