I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HealthEdge Software (Burlington, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
External recruiter, then internal recruiter, then hiring manager. It then would have been a "coding challenge" and then another panel round but I didn't make it that far. That's already too long. While it was supposed to be for a C#/.NET/Microsoft principle software engineer (note the surprising questions below that I was asked by the internal recruiter at this level), it's 90% Azure. Whenever I brought up other accomplishments/experience, the manager always went back to Azure. If you want to work on a full Microsoft stack, you should pass. If you want to live and breathe Azure, then this role is for you. The ghosting also was concerning.
