Talked to a few different recruiters on the phone who informed me of compensation, what the company had to offer. Then I completed in person interview with a hiring manager where I was unofficially offered the job. then I completed more phone interviews before I was told I might I have the job. Eventually I was officially offered the job.

Easy, very few questions, was looking to fill the positions quickly, as long as your are licensed the process is very simple from recruiter to interview, I was offered a position in 48hrs

Applied, received message from DOR for interview. Interviewed the same week. Easy, basic questions, met with staff, received a tour, offer made the same day! Great communication with HR and staff.
