HealthPro Medical Billing interview questions

The interview process was thorough, but nearly 6 weeks long. I started with screening by HR. Then department Manager. Then peer review meeting, then executive leadership and another casual peer review meeting. I appreciated knowing we were all working towards ensuring we were a good fit for each other. The only stall was after the last interview where I had to wait 3 weeks to get an offer. I ended up with other employment offers I had to renig on, which is not a place I want to be in professionally, but this company was my top choice, so it was necessary.

I first interviewed with the HR person. She was very pleasant to speak with and explained what the entire process would entail. The second interview includes the HR person, as well as the supervisor.
