Very good process. At the start outlined what was goingg to happen. First off, tell me about yourseelf. Then into the situational question and asked for examples. Asked questions on equity and Treaty of Waitangi question. Enough time was left so I could ask questions.
I was able to ask my questions around the company culture. What are the expectations for the first 90 days. How would success be measured in the first thirty to ninety days?
