HealthTeam Advantage interview questions

the interview was a panel interview, some of the manager was okay. process was simple, and hired quickly, but was miss lead on how they work. they don't tell you is management talks behind employee back.

Initial phone screening lasted about 30 minutes. After passing the step, I had a panel of 6-7 people on a phone call due to COVID-19. After interviewing, I was asked to submit additional application materials such as media creation and never received a response. I followed up to ask if I could learn anything from the experience but I received complete radio silence.
