1st round of the interview process was via phone. It was a technical interview that centered on Automation approaches, methodology and techniques. Although not difficult for the experienced automation professional, they asked good questions to ascertain the depth of my knowledge. It may be difficult for the less experienced. I feel like the interview itself was very positive on both ends. Unfortunately, my skill set wasn't a close enough match to what they were looking for and we did not go forward. I'd be happy to interview with this company again should their needs and my skill set align in the future.
