I was asked a few questions about my background, ability to communicate in English, and how well I can communicate with Children. They also asked if I have a driver's license or if I can obtain one.

I submitted my application online. We exchanged a few emails. They did not show up to our Skype interview. I was online early and stayed an hour longer in case there was a time zone miscommunication. I sent a few messages. I received an email the next day. I declined to reschedule. This showed me that they do not value other people's time.
