Heartland Home Health interview questions

All you need is 1 year direct care experience. They're usually desperate for people anyway. Drug test and Background check required. Depending on those you can have a job within a few days to a week maybe. They do have an Aide class if you don't meet the experience requirements.

They just asked you questions such as where would you like to be in the nest 5 years.How would you deal with this problem if it were presented to you , and then they give you a scenerio. One person asked me the questions directly face to face and the other person was on the phone . They also asked my previous job titles and experience and skills. also asked me my favorite skills.
