Normal interview. Very subjective assessment. There is a right answer. But they ask open ended questions up for interpretation. If the question is not clear, good luck. Questions can be answered, but very hard to know exactly what they intend. You simply cannot read minds to know what they hoped to have asked.

Interview
Had my CV reviewed, and was asked for an interview. The interview covered both behavioural and technical software topics. The interview was well run. There was opportunity for questions afterwards. However, I never heard back after the interview.
They had a friendly and quick interview process. Probably it is not the same for everyone. In my interview session, sometimes I forgot I was the interviewee. Besides, it’s a nice working culture in there.
