Applied to the job application online and heard back about 3 weeks later. The first step was to do a video recording interview. It played a previously recorded video of a person asking a question, then you have 30 seconds to prepare, then it starts recording you and you have 3 minutes to answer. It was really weird and unnatural, and would recommend they do something else. Was very weird looking at myself while I give my answer and there was no way to know what they wanted to know more about or elaborate more on. Regardless, I heard back 2 days after I submitted my video interview and was asked to come in an interview. The in person interview was straight forward, asking basic questions about my background, work style and what I'm looking for in my next job, nothing technical. The one thing I didn't like was the online job description wasn't very similar to the way the interviewers described it, and nobody really wanted to explain the position, I had to keep asking questions to get more information.
