Interview
After applying for the open position, I was soon invited to a 30-min virtual screening call with the recruiter. I was told that the process would involve two in-person interviews with the managers of data science and data platforms along with the director of data. The first one will be technical deep-dive in my background and the second will be a presentation of recommendations from a 3-day take home assignment related to weather data related to SQL and Python.
My interview experience with Helcim was quite insightful. The process was well-structured, and the interviewers were professional and approachable. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions, which allowed me to showcase both my skills and how I approach problem-solving. The atmosphere was relaxed yet focused, making it a comfortable environment to discuss my qualifications. Overall, it gave me a positive impression of Helcim's company culture and the team I could potentially work with.
