3 month process. numerous phone and zoom calls, face to face interview, home task (took 3 days), and reference discussions (3 references - they spoke to them twice each) at the end - they didn't have the decency/minimal respect to call and explain the rejection. they sent a standard ("we were impressed but decided to move forward with others") letter. DISRESPECTFUL

One interview round with HR. Relaxed athmosphere and pleasant conversation. Focus on previous experience and expectations from the job, as well as alignment of principles, employee benefits. It was very usual type of interview, and done fully online.
