Very warm and welcoming interview style. You can expect other SLPs and some administrators to interview you online, then they may invite you in-person to see the school. The interview seemed to mostly be to gauge a candidate's experience and interest.

The process starts with a phone interview from a supervisor in the state you’re applying for a job in. The second interview is a panel interview on the videophone in American Sign Language.
