I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Helix (San Carlos, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied through an internal referral. The interview process took about 2 weeks. I was screened over the phone, and then had a three hour in-person interview, speaking with four individuals for ~45 minutes each. The next phase would have consisted of a presentation to Helix team members. The questions related mostly to motivation, relevant experience, cultural fit and future outlook on business development at Helix.
