I applied via LinkedIn jobs in August of 2021. The first screening was a video chat. It was a pleasant conversation, pretty standard questions. It sounded like they would prefer a candidate that had experience in the tech sector.
Apply online in July 2021, sent a couple of followups emails a few weeks after to see the status of my application but I have no feedback. A rejection email or something would be better than nothing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hello Alice
Interview
One of the most straightforward and stress-free job interviews I've ever had. You'll have an initial screen, an interview with a panel of team members, and a final interview with one (or both) co-founders. If you have good work that speaks for itself and make it clear that you're coming to Hello Alice because of the mission, you should be in the clear.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aside from the basic get-to-know-you questions, it was very straightforward:
-Tell me about your research process
-How has your attention to detail saved you from making a mistake
-How do you prioritize multiple deadlines?
-Why Hello Alice?
