Sehr langer Prozess (ca. 5 Runden) mit finalem Gespräch vor Ort. Eine Case Study musste ausgearbeitet werden und im finalen Gespräch vorgestellt werden. Allgemein kam mir der Prozess sehr lang, aber fair vor. Am Ende wurde mir ein Gehalt genannt und direkt gesagt, dass es 0% verhandelbar ist. Das war dann auch so. Gehalt war eher niedrig im Vergleich zu anderen Unternehmen.

Interview
The process was overall smooth with 6 levels of interviewing including initial resume screening and a case study that was very analytical and required thorough thinking and problem solving abilities.
I found the interviewers to be very smart and friendly. Every interview I had; there was a different perspective and something new I learnt. A testament to the caliber and creative minds that exist at HelloFresh!

Interview
The process is relatively standard: HR interview, home task, 2 case study interviews, 1 cultural fit interview.
In total it was around 6 weeks, and they replied on time. When there was a delay, they kept me in the loop until they reached a final decision.
