First there was a short interview with someone in HR. There it was more about general and cultural fit. Then they gave me an assessment project. With an CSV file, that should be transformed as described, and additionally they asked for SQL queries to get specific results. All was offline offline, no time pressure. After positive feedback, there was an interview with one of the People in the Operational Excellence Department. Finishing up would have an interview with the BeNeLux CEO, but i did not get there.
