The interview process was very smooth and clear from the beginning. I knew at all points what was coming next. I first booked a meeting with the HR manager after she contacted me, then met with my direct manager, and finally with a team member in a director position I will be collaborating with significantly. The different interviews I went through were really well balanced between technical questions on the topics I will be working on, questions about my experience and future projects, information about HelloFresh, as well as casual conversations to get to know each other.
