Interview
The lecturer interview was comprehensive and rewarding. My teaching demonstration was well-received, and the research presentation sparked engaging discussions. Faculty meetings were productive, revealing a supportive department. The process was transparent, with clear expectations. I felt valued and appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills and potential contribution to the university

Interview
The interview basically consists of 3 rounds: i) Meeting with the department; ii) Mock lecture; and finally iii) Meeting with the top management. The experience was good and everything went very smoothly. The interviewers and HR dept are very responsive and responsible.

What makes you think that you are the best candidate to be hired?
Usually 2 rounds of interview. Either with the Head of Department, Dean, and Vice Chancellor. Talks about Motivation and Goals in life, and hopefully it's aligned with the company value.
