There was an initial screening with HR followed by an assignment. After completing the assignment, there was a discussion round. I wasn't selected after that. Overall I had a positive experience but they never mentioned the reason and everything went well from my side.

Initial screening was about my projects, future goals and motivations. Assignment was regarding problem with mnist.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Helsing in Mar 2024
Interview
Didn't pass first HR interview, even though I was suggested by someone internally. It was very short and it felt very impersonal, like the person was reading a survey. It was not a very pleasant experience.
It was 4 rounds. First HR, general ai questions, live coding and finally an assignment. I was rejected at the assignment round with no to very little explanation with an email from HR. It was Junior Level position.
