Interview
The interview is conducted across two sessions. Two managers each interviewed half of the potential pool of employees, and after conferencing would call you for a second interview if they so chose. I made it through the initial interview and got called for the second, and when I arrived the second manager was over 15 minutes late and shrugged it off. I definitely felt that to be a warning sign moving forward, as it suggests poor regard from management. (I do understand that there are completely valid reasons for why he might be late, but treating me and my time as expendable by not offering any justification comes across as rude in my opinion). That faux pas aside, the interview was pretty standard -- questions about previous employment, times you struggled and how you overcame those hurdles, etc.
