I applied through other source. I interviewed at Henderson Engineers (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
Process was very quick. I knew a former coworker who works at Henderson and had asked to forward my resume to the hiring manager.
My resume was routed to a recruiter who contacted me for an initial screening. Unfortunately, the conversation was uncomfortable and the recruiter came across as unprofessional. Although my resume was eventually passed along to the hiring managers, the experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to move forward with the interview process. The interaction made me question the company’s culture.

Question 1
One question he asked was, what was my salary range?
Very easy and smooth. People were nice and helpful when I asked questions. They also go back to me in a timely manner and HR was helpful throughout the entire hiring process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Henderson Engineers (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2025
Interview
Received a phone call from their hiring guy out of the blue. Scheduled an interview then and there. Went to the interview. Received an offer within a day. Pretty straight forward. I was pretty much told that I got the position on the interview.

Question 1
Weaknesses?
About yourself?
etc. Pretty straight forward.
I was on the interview with two people. One a more executive guy who pretty much decided he liked me and that bypassed most of the lame questions the other guy had to bother asking.
