Interview
First HR will talk to you in a phone interview to describe the role and gauge your interest for it. Then the supervisor/manager for the team will contact you and ask you a couple of questions about yourself and your experience. They will also ask about your experiences in the healthcare sector.

Interview
Very nice people. Ask about you and see if you are a good fit. Meet with HR and then the hiring manager. Fortune 500 company but feels like a family company.
I Applied online via the website around mid January and interviewed in late April. Pretty easy process. I had one interview on skype. Received an offer a few days later.
I talked with the human resources department over the phone and then went into the office and interviewed with multiple people to see where I would be the best fit
