Interview
I went through two stages of the interview process, with at least one more to go. The process is quite lengthy, with 9-14 days between stages.
There was no communication between stages.
The first interview and the second part of the second interview were with the business owner. She made a good impression, seeming to know exactly what HER business needs.
The second stage consisted of an interview with the head of a neighboring department and again with the founder. The first half of the interview (with the head of the other department) did not leave a positive impression: the interviewer was distracted by someone walking around, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, the questions themselves were very general and high-level. It was unclear what they were testing for - perhaps just whether you have any experience in this field. The questions were purely theoretical.
On the plus side, the company is well-organized from a technical standpoint for such a small business.
On the downside, it feels like you will be the only source of performance marketing expertise, and you will have to defend even the most obvious things, and probably to people who will not even listen to your answers.

Interview
The people who interviewed me were pleasant, but the communication outside each of the four stages was dire. It took almost 5-weeks and several chase emails to get a response to each step, and there was still the fourth and final stage to go if they wanted to take me forward. Thankfully, I had another offer on the table, but this was the longest interview process I've ever had. I also felt like I wasn't 'queer' enough for them and they wanted someone more involved in the community, which felt a little discriminatory. Finally, the ghosting between interview stages was almost ironic for a dating app role!
