First interview was on the phone about 15 to 20 minutes. 2nd interview was quick as well in the actual HerKare office . Did ask the question you expect. Very new company so I could see a lot of room for improvement and standards. This company has a lot of potential but i wish I would have done more research. They have a lot of lawsuit against them as far as being dishonest and fraud
