Typical of academia: 2-3 rounds of interviews. First the committee, then the meet and greet with direct supervisor, staff , union employees, executives, and finally the president alone, and with trustees. The process requires constant discretion - what you eat, how you eat, how you joke, what you wear - everything is under scrutiny, be very mindful of how you conduct yourself. During the process, assume everyone is gathering intel.
