Hermès interview questions

Hiring manager contacted directly through email. Had a 30 mins interview with the manager, mainly sharing day-to-day and other housekeeping questions. Hiring manager mostly asked behavioral questions such as tell me about yourself, why Hermes, why this role, why move from your current role. Second round of interview is with Hiring Manager and Director

Call with HR, then an in person interview with the hiring manager. I had to do a excel exercise. I then had to wait about 6 weeks for an outcome. Granted after a couple of weeks I knew I didn’t get the job, but it felt quite rude to leave someone hanging.
