Very quick and easy. About 30 minutes for the interview, but there were like 12 questions asked and about 9 people interviewing me in the zoom room. Got an offer within the week.

Come prepared! Was informed of questions prior to the interview and when entered, was met with a diverse panel ready with the questions I prepped for. These people are serious with their questions (as they should be).

I met in a Zoom meeting in a group interview setting. Both of the interviewees (myself included) took turns answering questions. The interviewer was friendly and nice. I would recommend HMI!
