The first round of interviews is about, culture, team management skills, communication skills, project management and knowledge of the software development cycle, and how you upgrade yourself with the latest tech trends. It was a bit difficult but I passed that round.
The second round is a technical round and screen sharing code interview. It was too easy but the technical interview taker doesn't know much about what level of questions should ask above 8+ years programmer.
They haven't asked any technical questions about NodeJS, React, TDD, TypeScript, Git or any software development concept.
