Interview
I had three interviews with HiBob. The first was with HR and the next two were with the hiring manager. The third interview was task-based. The job description was clear and I felt the interviews went well. Everyone was professional initially and it appeared to be a great place to work, I felt excited and confident in my application.
The interview process took a negative turn at the third interview presentation stage. After the interview, I received feedback that wasn't aligned with the job description or what I was told they were looking for in the first two interviews. The feedback was quite insulting to my experience and poorly written with grammatical mistakes. I had asked for clarification and received no response.
Based on this interview process, I wouldn't recommend applying at HiBob due to the way I was treated as a candidate.

The entire interview process was clear, concise and professional. My interview meetings gave me a comprehensive understanding of role expectations and company values.
