Met with owner on multiple occasions. Very honest and upfront about everything, no sales pitch or promising how great things COULD be. Right to the point. Very detailed, was well aware of what to expect after only speaking for 30 minutes. The first 2 meetings were about 1 hour to hour and a half. The final meeting was only 30 minutes when I was presented with my offer. All 3 meetings were honest, to the point and very informative. Great interview and did a great job representing the company and my position.
