Met with the director of the campus and had a pleasant but not too lengthy interview. The director took the time to explain the role in detail and ask deeper questions to understand my reason for applying to the organization.

Met with a recruiter who didn’t ask me anything about my qualifications and mostly hyped up about the role, only to tell me it was $15/hr and no benefits at the end. And then stated I would be connected to program directors but never was.
