Applied online, got request to have initial conversation, which went really well... Got email confirming that they want to set up another call with key people within company and to send a few available times and days... Then Ghosted..... Not professional.

Very straightforward and understanding. You meet with manager and other colleagues. Go over your projects and experiences. Engineers test your skills. Importance to personality. I really liked the interview process. It was in person. The first round was online.
