Highland Community College interview questions

I had a conversation with the search firm. It was an informative experience. I do not have any more to add, but I cannot move forward until I meet the 30-word minimum.

The interview process usually involves the Director of HR, your direct supervisor, and 3-4 other coworkers or people you will supervise in the interview. It is a round table interview, where they each take turns asking you questions. You are granted time at the end to ask your questions as well.
