30 min window, that asks questions about times you had to deal with issues through Insurance! Easy interview, but you dont have a lot of time to express yourself with the way the interviews are set up

Question 1
To tell you about a time how had an insurance issue that a copay wasnt zero
The interview process entailed a first conversational interview with a team member for 30 minutes. Very high level and did not get into my experience at all. The second portion is a 45 minute case study conducted live where the interviewer presents data for a real problem. You have to compute and crunch numbers on the fly and hone in on the opportunities. Following this 45 minutes you have 2 hours to put together a summary slide deck of 2 slides to present your findings and recommendations.
After spending 3 hours invested, i got a call back from HR to schedule next steps only to find out that the HR person made a mistake and was scheduling me for the initial interiews. Did they ever provide feedback? From there after several outreaches to various connections and HR I never heard back. Very poor experience overall especially siince my experience was never discussed in any way.
The HR person was not personable, hard to hear over the phone and provided little in the way of what to expect for any of the interviews despite asking questions about what to prepare for. Only that there is a case study and when pressed finding out I will learn what its about on the call and that I will need to produce a summary in a 2 hour time box.

Question 1
Why I wanted to go the route of consultant role vs PM role.
The case study was the only real topic and that was with little context until I went into the interview
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Highmark Health in May 2026
Interview
It was extremely nice. The 2 people that I interviewed with was like a breath of fresh air. They were extremely excited to take in what I have to offer to the company. I was offered the job but the pay is extremely low so I declined.
