The interview process consisted of three interviews, along with an excel test. I found all the interviews to be enjoyable, focused more on team fit, then trying to trick up applicants with technical knowledge questions. The excel test was used in order to determine applicants level of technical knowledge, as well as their ability to work with time constraints.
