Highpoint Health System with Ascension Saint Thomas interview questions

after submitting my application, I got a call back about 2 weeks later. The interview was real lid back, they were all so friendly and nice. They mainly asked about my strengths and weaknesses and why I would be a good fit for this job. Interview lasted about 15 minutes. By the time I got home I got a call and they offered me employment. after filling out all paper work and getting all tests done, I started work about 2 weeks later

Initially interviewed with the HR manager, this took about 45 minutes to an hour. I answered a packet full of questions. I was then taken up to the floor where I was interviewed by the directors who asked me a page of questions, then some of the staff members came in to interview as well. The whole process was about a week with getting in to have the interview.
