I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Highspot (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Never before have I had the questions provided with coaching on how best to prepare for an interview; it was fantastic! Suzanne, the lead recruiter, spent time to provide the best chance for success in the interview! This best practice cultivates getting the best and brightest into the nurturing environment that is Highspot to help grow the company, and the many individuals it comprises.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Highspot (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Relatively straightforward: I applied online, got a call from the recruiter a few days later, and then had an in-person assessment with 7 other candidates and 5 decision-makers (recruiters/managers). They made it very informal and comfortable and spent a lot of time telling us about the company, which was a nice touch. After the short group activity, we all had 15 minutes with 2 hiring managers to go over some behavioural questions.
