Hillis-Carnes interview questions

Easy going , I would compare it to a meeting and not such a formal interview processes. Most of the questions would be personal and not such technical if the language(Construction) is spoken.

Applied online, contacted for phone screen by previous HR personnel that was leaving. Had in person interview with HR director. HR director stated it would be a while for results, had to consult with CEO that was out of business.
