It was a 4 step process : - introductory call discussing past experiences - Case Study 1 - Case Study 2 - Final call discussing Case study and commercials The Case study 1 was relatively easier in comparison to Case study 2.

Interview
It was very comfortable interview with the founders (and not intimidating) which enabled to be myself and respond well. The questions were based on the work and role being applied to and involved both conceptual and generic understanding of the candidate.
