Applied online first and within a few days got called in for an interview. After the interview, maybe a 2-3 days, received another phone call to come back in for a second interview. Laid-back and non-intimidating. They were very personable and truly listened to what you had to say. I felt like they were interested in what I wanted to say and didn't ask irrelevant questions. There weren't a ton of questions. Be prepared to talk about the company itself. Pretty standard interview process. Wear professional attire.
