Strakke procedure met vier lagen waar je doorheen moet komen. Op korte tijd kennis gemaakt met meerdere personen binnen Hilti (zoals verkoopmanagers en de desbetreffende HR-recruiter). Na een eerste kennismaking, waarbij werd gesproken over interesses en achtergrond zijn we erna dieper in gaan zoomen of je capaciteiten en persoonlijkheid. Erna een meerit om op de werkvloer mee te kijken en ten slotte een finale gesprek om te zien hoe de fit binnen de organisatie werd bevonden.

Interview
They typically start with a phone interview, which is essentially a screening step to filter out most candidates. I would advise applicants to approach this company with caution. Based on my experience, they do not seem genuine about hiring and appear to be continuously pooling candidates. I have applied three times since 2021, and the same pattern repeats—constant job postings, no real progress, and their “pooling” cycle almost always begins in December.
I have also attempted to follow up with their hiring team several times, but they either ignore the email or send an automated response claiming that I withdrew my application—which I did not. So, please be careful when applying to this company.

Interview
Professional but long. Expect 4-5 rounds but keep in mind they pick the best people. Questions are behavior and technical. Construction experience always a plus. Interview process mainly with HR and Area sales managers. Expect to meet many people then the one who like you will hire you.
