Applied through my university. The HR representative is nice, asked questions through a phone call before setting a meeting for the interview. They don't really care if you're a final year or second year student, as long as you have good results.
First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
