The first interview with the HR Director was terrific. We connected on so many levels and she could already see my helping her with special projects she didn't have time for. Although I was overqualified I could see the benefit of working in this position. The salary was good, benefits were great and so was the location. During the first interview, the HR Director set me up to meet the Director of Operations and one of the co-owners of the company. I was to answer 8 interview questions and take the Myer-Briggs Personality test. Before I left, the HR Director said I want to give you some hints on how to answer these questions; they need to be complete and without spelling or grammatical errors.
I completed the questions that night and submitted so they could review before my 8:30 interview the next day. When I walked in, I was greeted by the HR Director who gave me a print out of my Personality Results; ENTJ - that seemed to hit a nerve with the Director of Operations.
