Hinckley Company interview questions

Met with design team and discussed standard interview topics such as background and goals. The team is down to earth and provided open communication. Started with a phone interview and then an on-site.

Very easy going interview with a full tour and walk around of all production areas. Extremely friendly and personable. Explained production process and systems, inquired as to which departments I was most interested in and explained available shifts in depth.
